It is a routine of many women today to get their pubic hair neatly trimmed or shaved by themselves for the purposes of hygiene and sexual appeal. Unlike men, women go through pregnancy where the process of self-shaving and trimming of the pubic hair becomes a challenge. As the belly increases in size, it is difficult to get a clear view of your pubic region, let alone shaving the pubic hair. This article aims to provide a basic guideline to have your pubic hair trimmed during pregnancy before the end of your pregnancy stage.
Firstly, a mirror and electric clippers are what you need. In the comfort of your bathroom, you can start by straddling the toilet seat, facing backward. Use the electric clippers to trim the long pubic hairs that you can find. Be careful to keep your balance as you stay in this position. Keep in mind that you’re using electric clippers, so it would be wise to avoid flushing off the pubic hair in the toilet bowl until you are completely done. A mirror is a blessing as you can hold it to guide your pubic hair trimming process.
Next, hop in the warm shower to wash your pubic area and the whole body. This will allow your pubic hair to soften, a condition that you want so that you’ll be able to shave the pubic hair effectively. Lather up your pubic hair using a gentle shaving cream or other easy-to-lather soap or conditioner. Use the edge of the tub of a small chair to put one leg up and rest it there while you try to catch a glimpse of your pubic region. By elevating one leg up, you will be able to view the pubic hair around the side of your belly. Shave as much as you can possibly reach, this way. Switch to the other leg, when you’re done.
Rinse your razor often so that hairs don’t get tangled up in your razor. This will also help to prevent unnecessary razor burns. Lathering a few times also will ease you off razor burns. As the step may not completely remove all the pubic hairs, you can now turn off the shower to get a chair so you can place it in front of a bathroom sink. This way, you can put both your legs up on the sink and slouch in the chair to remove the extra pubic hair that you were not able to remove earlier.
Again, lather up your pubic region. Use a hand-held mirror to guide you through the rest of the shaving, and turn on the warm water in the sink so that you can wash the razor off the tangled pubic hair. If you have a hard time getting to the inner parts of your pubic area, ask you significant other to help you by holding the mirror for you, or have it propped up on the bathroom sink. When you are satisfied with the outcome, rinse your razor, and lather up your pubic area again. Use the washcloth and warm water to rinse, and dry your pubic region gently by using a clean towel. Now that you have carefully understood the whole process, pregnancy will be no excuse for you to stop grooming your precious asset!
